What I Ate Wednesday Part 2

After last week’s post, I was inspired to be more creative and colorful (literally) with this week’s eats. Enjoy!

Pre-Gym – 6:30AM

Fresh squeezed watermelon/peach/grapefruit juice in the Breville. Always a good post pre and post-gym.

Breakfast -10:00AM

The usual oats, but this time added some raspberries on top, a great new addition!

Lunch – 1:00PM

Lentils, sauteed carrots, spinach and onions over some brown rice. Recipe to come!

Snack – 3:30PM

Fro Yo (with all the toppings that are bad for you… I mean what’s the point of getting frozen yogurt if you top if with fruit… not a true treat).

Dinner – 7:30PM

An open faced quesadilla and a side of lentils topped with avocado and goat cheese. Yum!

Up close and personal with the lentils. I couldn’t help it, this looks delicious and I JUST ate it! Hope you guys are enjoying these weekly foodie posts. xo
