Well the two week trip with Q is over and I’ve literally eaten my way through LA with him. As sad as I am that he’s gone, I’m pretty excited to eat healthy and home cooked meals again. Green juice is a lifesaver!
Breakfast – 9:00AM
Coach’s Oats with fresh strawberries
Morning Snack – 11:00AM
Homemade green juiceLunch – 12:30PM
Lunch by the lovely Gaby: Goat Cheese Salads and Vegetarian Tortilla SoupAfternoon Snack – 6:00PM
Pressed Juicery green juiceDinner – 7:30PM
Pan-Seared Tuna with a Ponzu Vinaigrette alongside a large Salad and steamed Bok Choy.
Now I’m sitting in bed catching up on all my shows that I missed while Q was gone (how crazy has Homeland been lately??)

How do you get as many ideas? it’s not too long to cook? your goat cheese salads and vegetarian tortilla soup mmm delicious !
This looks like my normal eats too. I love oats in the morning and fish for dinner with ton of veggies.
I haven’t had juice recently though, I feel too cold drinking it and my juicer is stored in the garage and it’s too cold to go in there. Excuses, excuses for me, lol!
Loved the black and white chocolate cookies you made for the cookie exchange. I participated too.
What is green juice? I am intrigued! Can you post the recipe and tell us more about it?
That. green juice.
YUM.
I’ve realized anything with ginger in it makes for an amazing food group. It should have it’s own place on the food pyramid.
