Could these new jeans from J. Crew be any more fun?
After a 10-week Los Angeles/ J. Crew hiatus, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on some of the new winter collection this weekend. My first purchase? These jeans. I was hesitant at first since I thought patterned jeans could be a little much for my figure, but after putting them on they were just right. The pattern is flattering (aka slimming) and paired with a simple black top, black blazer, a vintage necklace and some fun red accessories, they make a fun statement. Pointed flats and heels (like these) are making a comeback. I was lucky to have these red babies in the back of my closet from high school (I know, I’m a hoarder) and think they are the perfect companion to the jeans. And since this sunny LA weather is not permanent for me, these pups will work great with boots at home in Alaska.

I highly recommend giving these jeans a try. They are on trend, flattering and super cute. What more can you ask for?
