It’s seriously fall here. The leaves are everywhere. For a California girl, this is a first. I’ve never experienced a true fall with the leaves falling and the trees changing colors and all the beauty. It’s pretty breathtaking.
So far the weather has been chilly, but manageable (anywhere from 35 to 60 degrees each day). I’ve been able to get by with my jeans/long sleeved t-shirt combo for the most part (although when I complain about how cold I am, Q says “Should have brought a fleece!”). Most outfits look a lot like this (gotta take advantage of the sandals while I still can!):
- Polka Dot Shirt: J. Crew
- Tank Top: Splendid
- Green Jeans: Current/Elliott (similar)
- Sandals: Sam Edelman (similar)
We are having friends over tonight for dinner. On the menu are: 4 different kinds of pizza, a penne bake, homemade bread, spinach and artichoke dip and Ooey Gooey S’mores Cake for dessert!

So jealous you have fall weather! It’s still in the low 80s in LA. I love the heat, but now that it’s fall I’m ready to wear pants again
